What I have to offer

During individual work we focus on what is present in ourselves in this moment or in relation to our children. It can be very precious and healing to be present and open with whatever is alive in us. If we are seen fully and with compassion, something in us can relax and let go. Looking at ourselves and our children can become more clear and gentle, our self-determination and our self-regulation can evolve.

Specific areas of focus and services

  • Children under 7
  • Fears of children and teenagers
  • Aggression with children and teenagers
  • Alpha-children
  • Highly sensitive children and teenagers
  • Accompanying children in and through separation/divorce
  • Maturation processes in adults
  • Preparation for becoming a parent

About myself

Being with children has always appealed to me and through my work as a music educator, I am professionally mainly around children. After my son’s birth in 2007 and especially after the separation from the father of my child in 2016, I began to intensively research children's development and new ways of parenting. The TransParents one-year programme has supported me a lot with this. At TransParents, I became aware of the work of the Canadian developmental psychologist Gordon Neufeld and I have been intensively researching his attachment-based developmental approach since then.

I feel a deep calling to support people in softening their hearts and becoming more receptive. Through my counselling work, I enjoy helping parents and people who work with children to make the behaviour of children more comprehensible and to more deeply understand the child from the inside. On this basis, the relational space between parents and children can be strengthened and the attachment, which children need in order to feel safe and to unfold their potential, can be established.
